Our client is a technology focused private equity firm based in the Bay Area. They are looking to add a Business Development/Sourcing Analyst to their team.

Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and analyze new investment opportunities including interfacing directly with technology company founders and CEOs
• Develop investment theses and deep dive on specific technology areas
• Perform research of new markets,technologies, competitive landscape, and share findingswith the team
• Assist andsupport portfolio companies with operational andM&A initiatives
• There is an opportunity for high performers to take on more responsibilities outside of sourcing (execution work) and to be promoted directly to an Associate

Requirements:

• Experience inPE/VC, investment banking, management consulting, technology, or similar role
