Job summary

Graham Partners, a private investment firm based near Philadelphia, seeks a Business Development Analyst to support deal sourcing and execution. You will work with the Business Development team and have exposure to the Investment Team, handling CRM-driven workflows, pipeline updates, and market intelligence.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in professional services, a Bachelor's degree, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with deal data platforms; experience with AI tools (Claude) is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in professional services is required.
• Experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and CRM systems is required.
• Familiarity with M&A data platforms and AI tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen inbound platform and add-on opportunities against investment criteria.
• Assist in managing relationships with buyside brokers and track activity.
• Join calls and meetings with investment bankers and deal sources.
• Identify and prioritize target companies ahead of conferences.
• Maintain the firm’s pipeline and participate in weekly BD meetings.
