Job summary

Graham Partners in suburban Philadelphia seeks a Business Development Analyst to support the Investment Team. The BD group manages relationships with deal sources and aids deployment of Graham’s funds, working closely with the BD and Investment teams.

The ideal candidate has a four-year undergrad, 1–2 years in professional services, strong Excel skills, CRM experience (DealCloud or Salesforce), and excellent communication. Private equity or consulting exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in professional services required.
• Excel and CRM experience required (DealCloud/Salesforce a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen inbound opportunities against Graham’s investment criteria and present top candidates.
• Support Investment Theme Program and track outcomes of sourcing efforts.
• Maintain relationships with buyside brokers and manage activity in DealCloud.
• Join calls and meetings with investment bankers and other deal sources.
• Prepare quarterly sourcing updates and reports for senior leadership.
• Create BD marketing materials and email campaigns communicating Graham’s investment criteria.
