Job summary

Northrop Grumman invites engaged students to join our internship program across Business Management roles, including PCA, Contracts Analyst, and Planning Analyst. You will work full-time for about 10 weeks during Summer 2027, supporting program control, contracts, pricing, budgeting, and scheduling tasks.

The program emphasizes learning, development, and the chance to network with experts while earning hourly pay. U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate degree and available for 10 weeks in Summer 2027.
• Majoring in Business (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or related Business degree.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Preferred: GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher; prior internship or relevant experience; existing active U.S. Government security clearance.

• an Analyst in a Controller support department

Basic Qualifications

• Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2027
• Be majoring in in a Business Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or a business adjacent degree (Legal Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk management, Global Supply Chain etc.)
• Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
• Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Preferred Qualifications

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher
• Have prior Business relevant internship or work experience
• Have existing active U.S. Government security clearance

Intern Pay Range

• Bachelor’s: $18.25 to $33.00 per hour
• Master’s: $26.25 to $41.50 per hour

At Northrop Grumman, our internship pay rates are standardized and take into account three main factors: the anticipated graduation date of the individual, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the internship is considered technical or administrative.

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
