Nasdaq is seeking a Business Development Representative in New York to help generate qualified pipeline for Nasdaq FinTech solutions across global financial institutions.
You will conduct outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads, work with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Solution teams, and maintain accurate CRM data to optimize outreach. This role offers a hybrid work environment with in-office collaboration several days per week.
As a Business Development Representative reporting to the Business Development Manager, Americas, you'll play a critical role in generating qualified pipeline and accelerating growth across global financial institutions for Nasdaq FinTech solutions.
You bring strong communication skills, a global mindset, and a passion for financial services, technology, and building meaningful customer relationships.
This position will be located in New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $71,000 - $121,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
