TricorBraun is seeking a motivated Business Development Analyst to drive organic growth by connecting with potential customers and understanding their packaging needs. You will use outbound calls, emails, and social media to identify opportunities and work with leadership to determine the best fit for prospects.

Responsibilities include prospecting, collaborating with regional leaders, supporting sales initiatives, and meeting KPIs while learning about the packaging industry and products.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree and lead development experience preferred. Work experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable connecting with potential customers by phone, email, and social media.
• Ability to ask thoughtful questions and identify customer needs.
• Strong organization and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with commercial leaders and other team members.

Your role here

As a Business Development Analyst, you will help drive organic, new account growth by connecting with potential customers and learning more about their packaging needs. You’ll use outbound phone calls, emails, and social media platforms to identify and validate opportunities. Through discovery, you’ll work with the commercial leadership team to determine the best fit for potential customers.

In This Role, You Will
