Responsibilities

  • Marketing Research and Analysis by conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential markets, and new opportunities for business growth.
  • Lead generation with developing implementation strategies to generate new sales leads, including networking, attending industry events, and leveraging digital platforms.
  • Client Relationship Management by maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
  • Lead proposal developments by collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Coordinate promotional activities. Organize and coordinate promotional events and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and attract new clients.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining client databases.

General Description

The Business Development Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting Victory Bay’s growth and expansion efforts. They will be involved in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and coordinating with various internal teams to implement strategic initiatives.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Assists and covers other staff when necessary to maintain high productivity and efficiency in the department.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field desired.

Experience:

  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
