What You’ll Do

As a B2B Account Manager at Mondo, you will play a pivotal role in business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth. This sales-focused position offers the opportunity to build and expand a book of business in the staffing industry:

  • New Business Development & Client Retention: Proactively identify new B2B clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals. Maintain and grow existing client relationships to drive long-term success.
  • Client Engagement: Consult with prospective and current clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver customized solutions in the tech, IT, and creative sectors.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, focusing on high-value opportunities and consistently expanding your client portfolio.
