What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and lead qualification to demo, negotiation, and close
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline using CRM tools and outbound sequences
- Conduct one-on-one product demos tailored to prospect needs
- Facilitate testing, pilots, and onboarding coordination with prospects and internal teams
- Lead contract negotiations and own the delivery of MSAs and final agreements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of individual quota-carrying B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in a fast-paced, full-cycle sales environment
- Experience in background checks, HR tech, or compliance platforms strongly preferred
- Excellent command of digital sales techniques (email, LinkedIn, social) and cold calling
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SaaS and software product demo experience preferred
- Deep familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales execution
- Comfortable in ambiguity and energized by startup velocity
