Job summary

Lightspeed Restoration is looking for a sales-oriented professional to build relationships with real estate agents, brokerages, property managers and maintenance companies in San Antonio. You will visit offices, present at meetings, and participate in realtor events to drive referrals for water, fire, mold or storm damage services.

Experience in real estate, property management, maintenance, restoration, or B2B sales is a big plus. This is a W-2 role with a weekly draw and uncapped commissions.

Earn 15% of revenue on every restoration job you refer to us — uncapped. Example: 3 referred jobs a month averaging $15,000 = $6,750/month; $100,000 a month in referred revenue = $15,000/month. This is a W-2 employee position. Pay is a $290/week draw against your commission: you receive the $290 each week, and once 15% of your referred revenue exceeds $290 in a week, you earn the additional commission above that, uncapped.

Your focus is realtors, property managers and maintenance companies. You will build relationships with real estate agents and brokerages, residential and commercial property managers, and property maintenance and handyman companies across San Antonio, so that when they find water, fire, mold or storm damage at a listing, rental or client property, they call Lightspeed Restoration first. You will visit brokerages and management offices, present at office meetings, attend local realtor and apartment association events, and stay top of mind with regular check-ins and fast follow-up on every referral. Experience in real estate, property management, maintenance, restoration, or B2B sales is a big plus.
