Business Data Analyst, Revenue Management (Remote)

As a Business Data Analyst, you will partner with the Commercial business process owner(s) to support global process development through data creation, conversion, and validation. You will support program goals, objectives, and deliverables, and assist with Workstream needs, owning data objects throughout all program phases including deployment.

What You Will Do

1. Partner with E2E Leads, Business Process Owners, and Deployment Leads to ensure timely completion of deliverables within the Lead to Cash workstream, utilizing Salesforce and Model N.
2. Participate in early work-packages, identifying business processes and requirements to guide SAP and global application build.
3. Assist in process workshops, supporting scope decisions, refining requirements, and defining acceptance criteria with Global Process Leads and stakeholders.
4. Take responsibility for assigned data design objects, collaborating with Deployment teams, Business Process Owners, and data migration/readiness teams to maintain accurate data management.
5. Work with Deployment groups to identify golden data, correct improperly loaded data, and resolve data defects.
6. Support data construction, cleansing, and conversion activities to ensure the accuracy of enterprise master and transactional data.
7. Partner with business experts to provide education on data validation, program acceptance, and alignment with global applications throughout project phases.
8. Participate in deployment activities, including production data loads, go-live preparations, testing, documentation, and training content creation.
9. Assist the Workstream by working with business teams to drive adoption of to-be business processes aligned with ERP capabilities, ensuring alignment across divisions, functions, and geographies.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst.
• Experience with Salesforce and Model N.
• Experience managing projects within a matrixed organization, collaborating across business units and teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with SAP S4HANA.
• Experience with Revenue Management.
• Knowledge of PowerBI or PowerQuery.

Salary ranges from $87,600 to $186,700 plus bonuses and benefits. Actual compensation varies based on location, skills, and experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), stock purchase plan, life insurance, disability, and wellness programs.
