Business Data Analyst, Revenue Management (Remote)

We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to partner with the Commercial business process owners to support global process development through data creation, conversion, and validation. The role involves supporting program goals, objectives, and deliverables, and owning data objects throughout all phases of the program, including deployment.

What You Will Do

1. Partner with E2E Leads, Business Process Owners, and Deployment Leads to ensure timely completion of deliverables within the Lead to Cash workstream, utilizing Salesforce and Model N.
2. Participate in early work-packages, identifying business processes and requirements to guide SAP and global application build.
3. Assist in process workshops, supporting scope decisions, refining requirements, and defining acceptance criteria with Global Process Leads and stakeholders.
4. Manage assigned data design objects, collaborating with deployment teams, Business Process Owners, and data migration teams to ensure accurate data management.
5. Work with deployment groups to identify golden data, correct improperly loaded data, and resolve data defects.
6. Support data construction, cleansing, and conversion activities to maintain enterprise master and transactional data accuracy.
7. Partner with business experts to educate on data validation, program acceptance, and alignment with global applications throughout project phases.
8. Participate in deployment activities, including production data loads, go-live preparations, testing, documentation, and training content creation.
9. Assist the Workstream by working with business teams to promote adoption of new business processes aligned with ERP capabilities, ensuring consistency across divisions, functions, and geographies.

What You Need

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience as a business analyst.
• Experience with Salesforce and Model N.
• Experience managing projects within a matrixed organization, collaborating across business units and teams.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with Revenue Management.
• Experience with PowerBI or PowerQuery.

Salary ranges from $87,600 to $186,700, plus bonuses and benefits. Actual compensation varies based on location, skills, and experience.
