Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Business Data Analyst I to join our Pricing Data Analytics team in a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office at Cincinnati, OH or Atlanta, GA. You will apply predictive modeling and statistics to identify data needs across internal and external sources for pricing decisions.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong presentation skills, and fluency with Snowflake, Python, R, SQL and Tableau.

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Relational databases, sampling techniques and system testing experience.
• Strong understanding of business segments and ability to present findings.

This role will be hybrid (working 3 days per week in office at either our Cincinnati, OH or Atlanta, GA locations). Please note this not a role that we can sponsor or transfer sponsorship now or in the future.

What you'll own

• Using predictive modeling, statistics, trend analysis and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore and identify right data to be analyzed from internal and external sources
• Assists business analysts with finding patterns and relationships in data
• Builds predictive models using data, tests the model on results outside of the sample size and verifies model in real world
• Proactively and effectively interacts with other internal groups throughout Global Payments

What you'll bring

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong understanding of internal business segment (stakeholders) and presentation skills
• Experience in relational database structures, research methods, sampling techniques and system testing
• Proficiency in working with large-scale business data sets, fluent in scripting in Snowflake, R and Python as well as knowledgeable in SQL and Tableau
