Job summary

Horizon Industries Limited (Horizon) seeks a Business Data Analyst for a remote US-based role with an Active Secret Clearance. You will support creation of user manuals, training materials, and reports, editing specifications and documents as needed, and maintaining system documentation under general supervision.

Responsibilities include coordinating financial/admin tasks, maintaining documentation, and providing or coordinating specialized documentation services to customers as required.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, Power Point.

Responsibilities of the Business Data Analyst

Provides support in collecting and organizing information required for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports. Edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents. Provides support in performing financial and administrative tasks. Under general supervision, is responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures and methods. Maintains a current internal documentation library. Provides or coordinates special documentation services as required.

Requirements for the Business Data Analyst

• Five (5) years of relevant experience
• Must have experience with the following programs: MS Suite, Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, Power Point
