About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Business Analyst This role is critical to ensuring the integrity, usability, and strategic value of our Salesforce CRM system. You will lead a comprehensive data hygiene initiative, remapping and restructuring CRM records to reflect our brand and division-level sales structure. Additionally, you will leverage business intelligence tools to transform clean data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intensive audits and cleanups of Salesforce CRM data, resolving duplicates and inconsistencies.
- Remap CRM records to accurately reflect brand and division-level sales structures (e.g., Febreze, Huggies, Pampers).
- Implement and maintain data hygiene protocols and governance policies.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources into a unified CRM system.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Domo, and Power BI.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, support business strategy, and improve CRM usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations.
- Create and enforce a Rules of Engagement (ROE) policy for CRM updates.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives through refined customer segmentation and clean data.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in CRM management, data hygiene, or sales/business operations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce (HubSpot experience also a plus).
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Domo.
- Experience with SQL and data querying preferred.
- Background in business or finance with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in media or advertising sales operations is highly desirable.
- Bonus: Experience with automation tools and Excel-based data workflows.
