About The Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Technology Solutions Team and help drive integrated, analytics-focused solutions for our strategic clients. This position plays a key role at the intersection of analytics strategy, data architecture, and business intelligence, contributing to real estate planning tools and data ecosystems that unify complex datasets into actionable insights. The role is client-facing, solution-driven, and offers the opportunity to lead innovation across workplace, portfolio, and transaction analytics.

This is a full-time, remote role supporting strategic client accounts across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, account leaders, brokers, and internal teams to define business goals and analytics use cases.
• Act as a strategic data consultant to guide clients on integration, architecture, and data quality best practices.
• Interface with engineering teams to validate and improve data structures and readiness for analytics use.
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines from extraction through visualization using tools such as SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.
• Create dynamic, executive-ready dashboards using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
• Lead documentation of data lineage, business logic, and modeling workflows to support application development.
• Support integration of real estate data into AI-driven platforms and automation tools.
• Translate complex analytics requirements into scalable solutions balancing user needs and technical constraints.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability through QA and validation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering.
• Technical expertise in SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud data environments; Python or Alteryx a plus.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate systems such as ERP, IWMS, CRM, and lease admin tools.
• Strong experience working with business stakeholders and external clients in a consulting or matrixed environment.
• Proven track record building cohesive data pipelines from disparate systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker, with attention to UX and executive-level presentation.
• Knowledge of real estate data, lease structures, or workplace analytics strongly preferred.

Compensation Range: $84,150 – $99,000 (dependent on location and experience)
