TEC is seeking a Business Customer Advocate in Mississippi to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by serving as the link between customers and TEC. You will address concerns, renew contracts, and promote TEC solutions while maintaining CRM data and collaborating with internal teams.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least two years in customer support, and proficiency in MS Office. This full-time role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and proactive problem solving.
As a Business Customer Advocate, your role centers on fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty. This involves acting as a vital link between our customers and the company, understanding their needs, and ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively within the organization. Your tasks demand creativity, excellent communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of our industry and services.

Education/Experience – High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred. A minimum of two (2) years of customer support experience required. Sales and contract renewal experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities – Proficient in MS Office software is required. Must have strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Must have strong communications skills both verbal and written.
