Job summary

Pathward, N.A. is seeking a Risk and Controls Analyst to support risk and control consultation on new and existing processes. You will help identify and monitor operational and strategic risks and implement controls to mitigate risks across governance and compliance programs.

Responsibilities include liaising with internal/external audit, enhancing governance practices, and performing 1LOD testing. A Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of experience are required.

• Liaise for all internal/external audit support requests.
• Contribute to governance practices in line with risk and compliance frameworks.
• Perform testing and/or reviews over the 1LOD testing program.
• Monitor and escalate open issues and findings to senior management.
• Stay updated on regulatory policy, program standards and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

About the Role:

Salary range: $72,000 – $120,000

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
