Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Controller for the KONE Northeast District in Boston, MA. The candidate will analyze financial performance, provide insights, and support strategic decisions across the region.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance and drive business insights to improve results.
- Partner with leadership and influence decision‑making through data and forecasting.
- Use advanced Excel, financial reporting systems, and SAP to manage financial data.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Interpret financial data, track key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on forecasting, planning, and ensuring financial operations align with company standards.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including business controlling expertise.
- Strong foundation in accounting, analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial systems such as SAP or Hyperion.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation
Hiring range: $192,600–$252,735. Compensation includes a 20% target incentive bonus based on company and individual goals.
