Job Duties

As FP&A Business Manager, you will develop and coordinate budgeting, forecasting and analysis of unit’s operations and fixed costs. You’ll provide financial leadership and partner with leaders to maximize investment opportunities, identify and manage cost savings, and provide monthly analysis and forecasting. This role will supply timely, accurate information to leaders to help and support them in executing planned business and budget actions. You’ll also monitor key metrics (including KPIs) and proactively address issues with management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficient use of Excel and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, accounting and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present information to senior leaders.
• Ability to write reports, develop business models and key indices for a business.
• Ability to collaborate and work with all levels of leadership.

Compensation

Annual Base Pay Range: $135,500 – $177,870 (dependent on candidate’s qualifications and experience).

Variable Compensation: 15% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
