Job summary

WSFS Bank invites ambitious college students to join its 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid, 10-week internship offers hands-on project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development, and networking with peers.

Interns will gain real experience across bank departments, with opportunities to shadow experts in business continuity and operations while developing critical thinking, collaboration, and professional skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Available for in-person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a WSFS Bank office location.
• This is a full-time internship program running from June to mid-August.

Responsibilities

• Gain real experience across multiple bank departments on meaningful projects.
• Engage in hands-on activities with mentorship and executive exposure.
• Support projects, research, or operations and present to senior leaders.
