Job summary

WSFS Bank invites ambitious college students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid, 10-week internship offers hands-on project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, and professional development across multiple bank departments.

Interns will gain real business experience, collaborate with industry professionals, and may receive continued opportunities with WSFS Bank after successful program completion.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities essential.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with risk assessments, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies within Governance, Risk and Compliance.
• Monitor compliance with information security regulations through audits, reviews, and policy maintenance; support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Contribute to project work across bank departments and participate in mentorship and professional development activities.
