St. Elizabeth Healthcare seeks a Business Continuity and Emergency Management Specialist to support preparedness, continuity, and incident response across SEP sites and hospital locations.

You will collaborate with leaders to gather information, maintain plans, and coordinate training and exercises to protect patient care and operations. The role emphasizes documentation, cross‑functional coordination, and timely follow‑ups.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, documentation, communication, customer service, and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to learn and apply emergency preparedness, incident response, business continuity, recovery, and corrective‑action processes.

Responsabilités

• Gather, organize, and update information from departments to identify important services and recovery priorities.
• Create, update, and maintain Business Continuity Plans and related documents.
• Maintain emergency plans, contact lists, communication materials, and preparedness records.
• Plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate drills, exercises, and training; track attendance and feedback.
• Document information, share status updates, coordinate resources, and assist with recovery after events.
• Maintain records, reports, dashboards, and meeting materials; coordinate with departments and partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
