Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Consultant in Global Analytics Practice to transform how Life Sciences teams work with Technology, Data, and AI.

You will reshape operating models, drive organizational change, and measure tangible business value with pre-integrated data for high-impact insights. You will lead end-to-end projects, mentor Associates, and contribute to business development while leveraging unique datasets to accelerate patient outcomes and field activation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Life Sciences consulting (business or management)
• Proficiency in healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, reference)
• Proficiency in SQL with ability to learn new tools quickly
• Strong analytical reasoning (quantitative & qualitative)
• Ability to articulate complex ideas to senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or higher required

The Role

As a Consultant in our Global Analytics Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

Veeva Analytic Business Consulting removes the legacy barrier of data preparation by bringing pre-integrated, industry best-in-class data to generate high-impact insights. Our analyses jump start field activation, pinpoint the right patient populations and HCPs, driving higher engagement and improving patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva’s unique data and software insights
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within your workstream
• Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in varying healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, and reference) and industry-specific analytics use cases such as segmentation & targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment. Proficiency in SQL with the ability to quickly master new tools as needed
• Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher

Compensation

• Base pay: $70,000 - $140,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
