Veeva Systems is building the industry cloud for Life Sciences to help companies work in a more efficient and connected way. Our Business Consulting team offers a Development Program designed to push high-potential graduates to excel, with early customer-facing engagements and case exercises.

Starting July 2027, you’ll collaborate with experienced team members, deliver high-impact solutions, and grow toward future leadership while supporting diverse client engagements from a Work Anywhere setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3.0 to 4.0 GPA in any major.
• Recent university graduate (up to 2 years postgraduate experience maximum).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to work within an intense, challenging program and environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of yearly time.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements (e.g., communications, workshops, interviews, data analysis, timelines).
• Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize operating and engagement models.
• Leverage Veeva software and data to derive tangible business solutions.
