Veeva Systems is launching a Business Consultant Development Program for recent university graduates who will collaborate with experienced team members on customer-facing engagements, delivering high-impact business solutions.

You will support and deliver all components of engagements, work with consultants to optimize operating models and processes, and leverage Veeva’s software to generate tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0–4.0.
• Recent university graduate (≤2 years post-grad).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Desire to thrive in an intense program and environment.
• Process/data analysis interest.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements, including communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process/data analysis.
• Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize customer operating models, engagement models, processes, and business performance.
• Leverage Veeva’s software and data to produce tangible business and operational solutions.
