Ladders is seeking a Business Consultant to join a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role translates business needs into functional requirements and configuration-ready designs, partnering with clients and delivery teams to guide workshops and ensure aligned testing and design activities.

The candidate should have strong PLM knowledge, hands-on configuration ability, and experience driving workshops across industries such as apparel, F&B, beauty, and consumer electronics.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in business consulting or a related field.
• Strong functional expertise in PLM.
• Ability to independently perform system configuration.
• Solid understanding of industry-standard business processes in apparel, F&B, beauty, and consumer electronics.
• Proven skills in leading client workshops and documenting complex designs.

Mansioni

• Lead workshops to document and validate client business requirements.
• Create detailed functional design documents for application configuration.
• Execute PLM basic configuration according to approved user stories.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

For our client, we are seeking a Business Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will support client implementations by translating business needs into clear functional requirements and configuration‑ready designs. The consultant will partner closely with clients and internal delivery teams to guide workshops, validate solutions, and ensure testing and design activities stay aligned to approved requirements. Success in this position will require strong business process knowledge, the ability to manage complex scenarios, and a hands‑on approach to functional configuration and defect resolution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to document and validate client business requirements
• Create detailed functional design documents for application configuration
• Execute PLM basic configuration according to approved user stories
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
