International Services, Inc. (ISI) seeks a Senior Business Consultant / Executive Mentor to lead nationwide client engagements and drive measurable business improvements.

Bring 10+ years in executive leadership and proven ability to read P&Ls, craft ROI-driven plans, and mentor senior teams. This role requires travel, on-site leadership, and a track record of transforming business performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business management, executive leadership, or ownership.
• 5+ years in management or consulting.
• Proven ability to read P&Ls, identify margin leakage, and forecast cash flow.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
• Travel equipment (laptop and portable printer) required for on-site travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site client engagements and translate complex challenges into measurable outcomes nationwide.
• Establish SOPs, CPM, and accountability structures for disciplined client delivery.
• Evaluate P&Ls, costs, margins, and cash flow; create 13-week rolling forecasts.
• Design and execute value enhancement plans (VERs) with measurable ROI for client owners.
• Guide executives through behavioral change and hold boundaries with senior teams.
• Track weekly metrics and behavioral transformations across client engagements.
• Demonstrate hands-on leadership managing teams, P&L performance, or business ownership.
• Act as an active listener and empathic communicator to de-escalate friction.
• Conduct candid performance discussions with accountability and respect.
• Be analytically disciplined yet adaptable to resistance and diverse client cultures.
• Be road-ready for nationwide travel, Sunday night through Friday afternoon.

What You’ll Do

• Lead On-Site Client Engagements: Turn complex business challenges into measurable success stories across diverse industries nationwide.
• Implement Proven Systems & Playbooks: Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Critical Path Methodologies (CPM), and accountability structures that leave a permanent rhythm of discipline behind.
• Analyze & Clean Operational Financials: Evaluate P&Ls, cost and margin structures, and cash flow to establish 13-week rolling forecasts and eliminate profit leakage.
• Build & Execute Value Enhancement Plans (VERs): Design structured roadmaps that guarantee measurable ROI for client owners.
• Lead Direct Accountability & Tough Conversations: Guide owners and executive teams through behavioral change, addressing stalled deliverables and holding firm boundaries when owners resist necessary change.
• Drive Weekly Measurable Results: Track real metrics, real outcomes, and real behavioral transformation every single week.
• A Proven Business Leader: Hands-on experience managing teams, driving P&L performance, or owning and operating a business.
• An Active Listener & Empathic Communicator: Able to unpack owner frustration, validate complex team dynamics, and de-escalate client friction before prescribing solutions.
• A Firm Accountability Partner: Unafraid to lead direct, candid performance reviews and hold tough boundaries with senior executives with deep respect and trust.
• Practically Financially Fluent: Confident evaluating P&Ls, cash flow controls, margin analysis, and operational budgets.
• Structured & Adaptable: Analytical and disciplined in applying proven systems, yet flexible in navigating high-resistance client environments.
• 100% Road Ready: Prepared to travel nationwide weekly (Sunday night through Friday afternoon).
