International Services, Inc. (ISI) seeks a Senior Business Consultant / Executive Mentor to drive transformation for small and mid-sized businesses nationwide, traveling weekly. You will turn strategic challenges into measurable improvements by leading on-site engagements and building robust playbooks.

You bring 10+ years of leadership, strong financial fluency, and a proven track record of profitability growth. A Bachelor's is required; MBA or certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business management, executive leadership, or business ownership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or professional certifications a plus.
• Active listener and empathic communicator.
• Firm accountability partner with tough boundaries with executives.
• Practical financial fluency: read P&Ls, cash flow, budgets, margins.

Responsibilities

• Lead On-Site Client Engagements across diverse industries nationwide.
• Implement SOPs, CPM, and accountability structures for discipline.
• Analyze P&Ls, costs, margins, cash flow; set 13-week forecasts.
• Build and execute VERs to guarantee ROI for client owners.
• Lead direct accountability and tough conversations with senior teams.
• Drive weekly measurable results and behavioral transformation.
