The Sales Representative must be a driven, consultative sales professional who can identify qualified opportunities, communicate company's value, and build long‑term relationships with business owners who may be a fit for our Business Coaching Programs.
This role is focused on enrolling qualified entrepreneurs into high‑ticket coaching and advisory programs. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong discovery, negotiation, follow‑up, and closing skills. They should be comfortable selling premium offers through Zoom, phone, and in‑person conversations and should understand how to nurture prospects over time.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage the sales and enrollment process for high‑ticket coaching programs, including Mastermind and Collaborative.
- Conduct consultative sales/enrollment calls with business owners to assess fit, goals, revenue stage, urgency, decision‑making process, and readiness to invest.
- Follow up with high‑intent prospects, including past buyers, event attendees, VIP/SVIP participants, program‑interest leads, application leads, Propel members, and other warm audiences.
- Build long‑term prospecting relationships with qualified leads who may not be ready immediately but are strong future‑fit candidates.
- Clearly communicate company's value proposition, program outcomes, and cost/benefit based on each prospect's business needs.
- Maintain disciplined follow‑up before and after calls, events, webinars, challenges, and application submissions.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Events, Client Success, and Operations to identify qualified prospects, improve lead quality, and support ascension into Mastermind or Collaborative.
- Share marketplace and prospect feedback with Marketing to improve messaging, offers, campaigns, and lead‑generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead source, call notes, buyer‑readiness indicators, deal stage, next steps, follow‑up tasks, close/loss reasons, and forecasted revenue.
- Provide regular sales reports as requested, including pipeline quality, speed‑to‑follow‑up, show rate, close rate, conversion by lead source, and revenue forecast.
- Support sales forecasting, quota tracking, and pipeline management for high‑ticket coaching programs.
- Ensure prospects and clients receive timely, professional communication throughout the enrollment process.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales conversion, follow‑up systems, and prospect experience.
Requirements & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in service‑based, consultative or high‑ticket sales.
- Proven ability to sell premium coaching, consulting, education, advisory, or professional service offers.
- Experience selling to entrepreneurs, founders, service‑based business owners, experts, coaches, consultants, agencies, or professional service providers preferred.
- Strong discovery skills and ability to diagnose business needs, growth constraints, goals, and readiness for support.
- Excellent negotiation, objection‑handling, and closing skills.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to nurture prospects over time.
- Must be a self‑starter with tenacity, enthusiasm, and high personal accountability.
- Comfortable selling via Zoom, phone, and in‑person.
- Ability to work across teams, including Marketing, Events, Client Success, and Operations.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle from initial interest through enrollment, contracting, onboarding handoff, and follow‑up.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong CRM discipline required; Keap experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects, follow‑up sequences, and deadlines without losing detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Positive can‑do attitude, high energy, and strong commitment to client experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required with strong sales experience.
