The Business Coach Program (BCP) Coordinator plays a vital role in bridging this gap by recruiting, training, and managing volunteer business coaches. This program ensures borrowers receive the guidance needed to overcome challenges, build sustainable businesses, and achieve financial independence—empowering them to transform their lives and communities.

Position Overview:

The BCP Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of Entre Capital’s Business Coach Program, which is designed to provide high-quality mentorship to justice impacted entrepreneurs in Texas. This role will oversee the recruitment, training, and management of volunteer business coaches, ensuring the program aligns with Entre Capital’s mission to restore lives by transforming credit.

This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for entrepreneurship, and a commitment to the vulnerable in society. The ideal candidate will have experience in entrepreneurship, program management and volunteer coordination with a focus on community development and economic mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Coordination: Assist in planning and implementing new coaching program ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Recruitment Support: Aid in the recruitment and onboarding process of new volunteer business coaches, including credential verification and processing agreements.
• Scheduling and Logistics: Organize training sessions and coordinate events related to the coaching program.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between coaches, borrowers and potential borrowers facilitating clear and effective communication.
• Budget Assistance: Collaborate with management to create and monitor program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
• Performance Monitoring: Track program impact metrics and prepare reports on program activities and outcomes.
• Marketing and Outreach: Assist in promoting coaching program through various channels to attract participants and raise program awareness.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, or a related role; experience in volunteer coordination, business coaching, entrepreneurship or nonprofit organizations is a plus.
• Skills: Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, interacting with senior leaders and executives regularly. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, persuasive and able to work both independently and as part of a team; passionate about second chances.
