Job summary

Rain City Capital in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will own and improve the financial systems, embedded with Accounting, bridging finance and IT to support scalable, accurate reporting.

You’ll configure GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, and other BC modules, drive process improvements, and develop documentation and end-user training in a fast-paced private lending environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.
• Strong accounting domain knowledge (GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, bank reconciliation, financial reporting).
• Experience owning system configuration and design decisions end-to-end.
• Consulting or implementation background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Rain City Capital’s financial systems with a focus on BC.
• Bridge finance and IT to ensure clean, scalable, and efficient financial operations.
• Configure and optimize BC financial modules (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, Dimensions).
• Develop SOPs, process documentation, and end-user training.
