The candidate will guide market strategies, collaborate across disciplines, and oversee performance to deliver high-quality civil and multi-disciplinary projects for major clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; minimum 10 years’ leadership, business development and consulting experience.
• Proven ability to develop market strategies, manage client relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience driving organic growth and Go/No Go decision processes.

Responsibilities

• Achieving Business Center sales goals and market growth strategies.
• Developing and maintaining strategic client relationships.
• Leading pursuits and campaigns for major opportunities.
• Driving collaboration across geographies and business lines.
• Managing budgeting, revenue forecasts and performance metrics.
