General Description

As a Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for all Branch Operations, reporting directly to the Regional VP. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. This position requires a hands-on, take-charge individual capable of managing both administrative and physical aspects of the role while directing teams in the warehouse and on job sites. Additionally, a minimum of 1 year of Residential Furniture Management experience is required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage team members inside our warehouse, including:
    • Picking and processing orders for delivery, inspecting furniture for rental condition before loading.
    • Inspecting and triaging returned furniture to ensure it is rental-ready.
    • Manage delivery drivers and coordinate onsite delivery and installation.
    • Interact with customers onsite to ensure proper placement of furniture.
  • Implement, ensure compliance, and manage OSHA and Safety programs.
  • Schedule manpower according to workload.
  • Inspect product quality in triage and pulled orders.
  • Coordinate outbound/inbound orders and communication between stations.
  • Manage overtime, temporary labor, and warehouse expenses.
  • Monitor and create transfers; ensure timely processing in communication with Warehouse Managers.
  • Schedule shuttles and route trucks for deliveries and pickups.
  • Participate in sales and operations calls.
  • Manage performance reviews, time-off, and vacation for warehouse staff.
Additional Skills/Requirements
  • Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership, delegation, and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and succeed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Nav software is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation to the warehouse.
Education
  • High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Experience
  • At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
  • Experience in Residential Furniture Management, such as at moving companies, furniture warehouses, or final mile delivery services.
Physical and Mental Qualifications
  • Ability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing stairs, and being physically active.
  • Ability to perform rational thinking and numerical calculations.
