Branch Banking Services, Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Digital Awareness, Effective Communications, Managing Multiple Priorities, Sales Management, Selling.
Typically requires 3+ years of related experience. Roles at this level do not necessarily require a university/college degree but do require related experience or product knowledge. A combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Associates degree preferred.
No required certifications; candidates will undergo background checks per CFPB regulations.
