We are currently seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and analytical individual with consumer lending and leadership skills to join our dynamic team as a Consumer Loan Processing Assistant Manager. The position is responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the Consumer Loan Advisors, ensuring that loans are processed in accordance with Educational Systems FCU policies and procedures and are following all federal, state, NCUA, and all other applicable regulatory agencies' rules and regulations. The Consumer Loan Processing Assistant Manager will promote a member-centric sales and production culture that adheres to best practices for origination, processing, funding, and disbursement of consumer loans (non-Mortgage). The role handles escalations from members and ambassadors and provides accurate reports, at the requested frequency, to keep ambassadors and management informed of results.
The incumbent must have flexibility to work extended hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
