• Manages a team of Business Banking Underwriters and ensures regional performance.
• Provides training and guidance in credit analyses for direct reports and Relationship Managers.
• Reviews output and recommends improvements to underwriting processes and accuracy.
• Analyzes creditworthiness and prepares full underwriting analyses with adherence to policies.
• Acts as a senior loan adjudication resource within authorized credit risk parameters.
