Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in banking, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years banking experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales and service experience.
• Knowledge of financial institution policies and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, communication & computer skills.
• Experience supporting commercial lending or business banking preferred.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and business deposits preferred.
• Experience with core banking and loan origination systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for Business Development.
• Serve as a primary contact for business customers by responding to inquiries.
• Prepare and process loan documentation packages and opening documents.
• Coordinate small business loan closings, renewals, and modifications.
• Assist with opening business deposit accounts and documentation.
• Monitor pipelines and ensure timely follow-up on docs and requests.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and customer communications.
• Schedule client meetings and maintain bankers' calendars.
• Assist in onboarding new business clients and maintain files.
