Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Tempe is seeking a Business Solutions Banker to help clients grow their businesses with financial solutions, education, and advice. You will manage a portfolio of business and Not-for-Profit clients and build strong relationships through proactive guidance and tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes delivering an outstanding client experience, meeting clients regularly to uncover needs, and promoting Banking products within risk guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management or portfolio management role.
• Strong Zoom/phone-based and written communication skills.
• Ability to proactively build relationships and influence others.
• Ability to work virtually and assess client needs with targeted questions.
• Knowledge of core business products including deposit, lending, and cash management.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding Chase Business Banking experience with tailored business banking solutions.
• Plan and conduct regular, agenda-based meetings to assess needs and growth opportunities.
• Promote solutions using knowledge of banking trends and internal tools within risk parameters.
• Manage a portfolio of 225–275 high-value clients for a seamless experience.
• Identify credit opportunities up to $250,000 based on client needs.
• Understand cash flow to recommend Cash Management, Card, and Payment Solutions.
• Own client experience end-to-end and escalate issues when needed.
