Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager II in its Business Banking division. You will manage a portfolio of 70-90 business clients with revenues of $1–$5 million, delivering tailored financial solutions, deposits, and credit opportunities up to $1.5 million.

You will build relationships, coordinate with Wealth Management and Home Lending partners, and apply risk management practices to protect the firm while enhancing client experience across branches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related lending experience
• Knowledge of business credit and core business products/services across industries
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners
• Balance client needs with risk and firm interests; know when to escalate or handle independently
• Ability to prioritize daily to meet business objectives and own problems
• Proficiency in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70-90 business clients with annual revenue of $1-5 million; manage credit opportunities up to $1.5 million
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and an outstanding client experience
• Use finance, banking, credit, and risk knowledge to identify and promote customer-focused solutions
• Conduct regular in-person calls with prospects and clients; follow a disciplined relationship development process
• Identify and pursue new business clients; cultivate long-term primary banking relationships
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client financial needs and ensure risk controls
