Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Strong financial analysis skills to interpret statements and provide insights for growth and risk mitigation.
• Strong knowledge of business banking products, lending processes, and related policies/tech.
• Proven experience in customer sales and service.
• Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; deep collaboration and analytical abilities.
