Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager II in Ogden to manage a portfolio of local business clients, deliver customized financial solutions, and help clients grow while safeguarding risk.

You will build relationships across Chase teams, provide education and advice, and identify opportunities that align with client goals and regulatory requirements. This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role emphasizing proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• General business knowledge of credit and core banking products.
• Strong communication with internal and external partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and determine when to elevate.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70 – 90 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; manage credit opportunities up to $1.5 million.
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients with customized banking solutions.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify and promote solutions.
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their places of business.
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client goals and ensure profitability.
