Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) in Dallas to manage a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with $1-5 million in annual revenue. You will provide tailored financial solutions, education, and advisory services to help clients grow while managing risk.

You will collaborate with partners across Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and branch teams to meet client goals, deliver excellent service, and promote profitable banking relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business knowledge of credit and core banking products; understanding industry variations.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with revenue of $1-5M; provide deposit, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500k.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions focused on client experience and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships; connect clients with cross-line partners across Chase.
• Conduct in-person client visits and maintain relationships using a disciplined development process.
• Collaborate with branches to pursue new business and protect the firm through risk management.
