Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products.
• Strong communication skills across levels and partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with risk and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million.
• Provide tailored business banking solutions including deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Promote financial solutions that meet client needs while ensuring profitability and proper risk management.
• Regularly conduct in-person client meetings and cultivate relationships with COIs and prospects.
• Collaborate with partners across Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch Teams to meet client goals.
• Uphold regulatory requirements and support branches with risk controls.
