• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70 - 90 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500k
• Deliver an outstanding client experience with tailored banking solutions and education
• Identify and promote solutions aligning with client needs and firm risk management
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients to build and maintain relationships
• Cultivate new business relationships and expand primary banking connections across lines of business
