United Prairie Bank in Spicer MN is seeking a Business Banker to acquire new loan clients while managing existing relationships. You will analyze financial statements and cash flow to evaluate income, sufficiency of collateral, and prepare presentations for the loan committee.

This full-time position offers a base compensation range of $97,842–$150,772, plus performance-based incentives. Benefits include 401(k) with match, HSA, flexible spending, life insurance, disability coverage and profit

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in successful loan portfolio management
• Thorough understanding of accounting practices and the ability to read financial statements and understand complex financial measures such as cash flow and other financial ratios
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience
• Problem solving skills to find effective solutions
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members

Responsibilities

• Acquire new loan clients while managing existing client relationships.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and spreads, including adequacy of income and sufficiency of collateral.
• Prepare a presentation for loan committee.
