United Prairie Bank is seeking a Business Banker in Spicer, MN. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, and based in Spicer. You will acquire new loan clients, manage existing relationships, and prepare analyses and loan committee presentations.

Base compensation ranges from $97,842 to $150,772, with eligibility for additional performance-based compensation. A strong customer service focus and solid financial analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Required).
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in loan portfolio management.
• Ability to read financial statements and analyze cash flow and other financial measures (ratios).
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Problem solving skills to find effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new loan clients and manage existing client relationships.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and spreads for loan decisions.
• Prepare a presentation for loan committee.
