United Prairie Bank is hiring a Personal Banker I for the Spicer Branch in Spicer, MN. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, 35-40 hours per week, located in Spicer, MN. You will assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and more, plus opening accounts and branch balancing.

Hourly compensation ranges from $19.00 to $26.40. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years in sales/customer service, and preferred banking experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years experience in sales and customer service.
• 1 year of banking experience (Preferred).
• Problem solving skills to find effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, loan & cash advances, cashier’s checks, money orders, and gift cards.
• Open accounts, account maintenance, and branch balancing.
