Qualifications

• Familiarity with economic development terminology and practices.
• Strong communication, data aggregation, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Attraction Team with RFIs for prospects, including real estate recommendations and incentive formulations.
• Data aggregation and coordination with internal and external partners; prepare for site visits with presentations.
• Lead data collection for Business Attraction; organize data on project parameters and incentives using CRM.
• Manage local sites and building database; stay current on local CRE; assist with research on companies/projects.
• Participate in local, regional, and state economic development activities and events.
• Assist in developing collateral and marketing materials for prospects and the community.
• Represent Economic Development interests during missions and professional development opportunities.
• Perform other work as required.
