Qualifications

• Active Ohio license to practice law.
• Experience in business law and related transactions.
• Ability to build and grow a personal book of business quickly.
• Comfortable working on-site most of the time.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in business matters, including creation of entities and assisting in purchase/sale of small businesses.
• Manage and grow a book of business and develop client relationships for new opportunities.
• Counsel on business law issues, including succession planning and entity structuring.
• Oversee real estate transactions related to estate and business needs.
• Collaborate with firm attorneys and staff to provide exceptional client service and ensure compliance.
